PTF (Parent Teacher Fellowship) Teams
– PTF is made up of parent volunteers who work in cooperation with Faith Faculty to better our school. PTF blesses Faith through prayer and service while building relationships between Faith Faculty and families. PTF has many opportunities to serve. All Faith families are considered members of PTF upon enrollment.

Holiday Campus Decorations – Assist with decorating foyer and outside front entryway for major holidays and special events.
Faculty Appreciation Events - Assist with decorating/food prep/set-up/serving/cleanup of faculty appreciation meals and special treats - four times during the year.
Faculty Ongoing Encouragement - Serve in various ways to make sure the staff feels appreciated on a regular basis. Team is responsible for staff recognition and monthly treats or small tokens of appreciation.
Lost and Found –Sort and fold lost and found articles collected at a central location. Clean out articles from lost and found, returning labeled Faith items to students. Wash and return non-labeled Faith items to resale lockers and wash non-Faith items to donate to GRACE Outreach. Volunteers are assigned at weekly intervals. The total number of volunteers for this committee will determine how often a given volunteer will serve (currently once every 2 months).
Uniform Resale – Assist in keeping resale lockers straight and organized during the school year. Work the uniform resale in August - getting clothes organized and ready and assisting families find the proper uniform clothing for their children.
Workroom Assistance – Assist with copying, die cutting, laminating, and sorting from requests collected in main workroom. Seeking volunteers who can contribute 1-2 hours of service on a favored day on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
Special Projects Team - Assist with various projects that come up as needed by the staff - whether it's sorting and stuffing letters to helping with a specific class project for a teacher. Team members can serve as their schedule allows - opportunities will be emailed out as they arise.
Grandparents Day - Assist with decoration and serving as we welcome Grandparents on to our campus in March.
Teacher Appreciation Week - Assist with planning and execution of Teacher Appreciation Week activities in May to show the teachers our gratitude for their work during the year.
Landscape Team - Assist with ongoing maintenance of school flower beds and prayer garden. Also assist with seasonal planting of flowers on the school grounds three times a year - Spring, Summer and Fall.
Staff Accounts - Assist with collection and recording of gifts to Staff Accounts before Christmas and around Teacher Appreciation Week.
Box Tops / Grocery Cards - Assist with advertising and organizational items for our rebate programs.
Elementary Room Moms - Assist your child's Elementary Teacher for the school year with class communication and organzation of parties/activites. Sign-ups for this are done in the classroom at Back-to-School Orientation.
