More About Faith
Faith is an independent, interdenominational, biblically based school system. We have 760 students that represent 15 or more different denominations and over 45 different churches. We are a private school and are not affiliated with any church or denomination. We are not funded by the state of Texas. All of our funding comes from tuition and fees as well as private donors.

Pre-K - 12 students per class
Kindergarten - 14 students per class
1st-5th grade -18 students per class

Calendar
36 Weeks, 4 Grading Periods, 2 Semesters
School Hours
Pre-K - 5th grade: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
6th – 12th grades: 7:45 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.
Elementary students may be dropped off as early as 7:30 a.m.
Jr. High and High School students may be dropped off as early as 7:15 a.m.
Afterschool Care up until 5:30 p.m. is available for an additional charge for K-5th grade students.
Our Teachers
Grapevine Faith hires and retains professionally equipped Christian role models who pursue life-long learning. Our teachers are degreed, state, and ACSI certified.
Uniforms
We have a dress code that is very simple. Students at all grade levels may wear any combination of school approved uniform bottoms a polo logo uniform top from our Faith Spirit Store. (See student handbook for specific details)
Sports Offered
Kindergarten – 6th grade: youth football, basketball and cheerleading
Jr. High (7th – 8th): football, basketball, volleyball, track and cheerleading.
High School (9th – 12th): football, soccer, baseball, softball, volleyball, basketball, track, cross
country, swimming & diving, tennis, golf and cheerleading.
Parent Involvement
We have an active PTF (Parent / Teacher Fellowship). This organized group of parent volunteers works in cooperation with teachers to better the school through prayer, service, and volunteer work. The Student Registration Fee pays for membership in PTF for all families.
Lunch
Our hot lunch program is prepared in our kitchen and begins on the first day of school. Students may set up a Lion’s Den account or pay daily for their lunch. Students may also bring lunch to school.
