Admissions Testing

Elementary - Once application is submitted, appointment will be set for testing.
TIMELINE for 2012-2013 Enrollment
We will begin accepting applications* for the 2012-2013 school year in November.
*If your student has a diagnosed learning difference, ADD/ADHD, or has had, or is currently in, speech/language therapy, please contact the Admissions office before completing an application.
Re-enrollment of current students occurs in January. New students will be awarded spots in March for the 2012-2013 school year, after current students and siblings have been enrolled.

Evaluation of candidates consists of seven parts:
- Application
- Standardized Testing
- Pastor Recommendation
- Teacher Recommendations
- Principal Recommendation
- Previous schools’ transcripts/Report Cards (if applicable)
- Personal Interview
No student will be considered for admission until all parts have been completed and submitted.
New applicants who have completed the application process (seven parts above) by the end of February will be considered in the first pool. The interview will not be scheduled until all paperwork and testing are complete.
Decision letters are mailed the first full week of March.
