Mid Quarter Grade Check

Ø      Athletic office will run grade report three days prior to grade check.

Ø      Student will be given grade check slip for teachers to verify grade and sign.

Ø      Student must turn in signed slips to athletic office by grade check date or student will be considered ineligible.

Ø      If student is failing he\she will be ineligible for the stated period of time.

Quarter Grade Check

Ø      Athletic office will run grade report the day of report card release.

Ø      Student that fails a class for the quarter will be ineligible for the stated period of time.

Ø      Student that has an incomplete grade on report card has one school week to correct that grade.

Ø      If student does not correct the incomplete grade or receives a failing grade as a result of missing work he\she will be ineligible for the remainder of the stated period of time.

Other Information regarding Grade Check 

Ø      If a student has failed a class at the quarter they MUST be passing all classes at the next grade check or he\she will continue to be ineligible. 

Ø      Students who are ineligible may continue to practice with the team or seek tutorial help, but may not travel with the team, wear their uniform to a game or sit with the team.
