It is the vision at Faith Christian School to graduate authentic Christian leaders so that students understand they play a significant role in God’s economy. Faith is intentional in building up young men and women so that students do not merely learn leadership principles but are given opportunities to carry out life-changing leadership roles throughout the year. It is the intent of Faith to find the most effective tools to equip students as they continue their leadership development.

Student Leadership University is one of those opportunities offered to Faith families. The administrative team views this program as such a credible strategy that they personally chaperoned the very first group of students to attend from Faith Christian School. Dr. Smith, Mr. Potts, Mr. Hogan, and Mr. Brooks took 96 students 8th-12th grade to SLU 101 in Orlando, Florida in the summer of 2004. It was an incredible experience for all involved.

This year students and staff will represent Faith at SLU 101, 201, 301 and 401. The SLU 101 experience is open for Faith Christian School students who will be 9th-12th graders next year. All registration is completed through the office of Mr. Brooks.

SLU is one more step in the direction of Faith Christian School’s mission to provide a strategic, systematic, effective plan that will build into the life of your child the tools needed to be all that God intends them to be as leaders that make a difference. God continues to put the pieces together, and we are excited to see His plan unfold!
